The Salus Alpe Adria analysis laboratory makes every effort to follow the entire working process related to the Lab Service, starting with the extreme clarity of the information provided to its users on both economic and technical aspects.
The company functions of Biological Specimen Preparation and Acceptance are directly involved in the assessment of the suitability of samples and the timely communication to the commissioning laboratories.
Being supported by a Laboratory Service means entrusting extremely delicate aspects of the diagnostic field to an external structure.
SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS
Any observations, suggestions or complaints that may contribute to the improvement of the service will be accepted by the Director General who undertakes, within 7 days of receipt, to examine them and implement the appropriate corrective actions.
The Salus Alpe Adria analysis laboratory (Authorisation ASS N°4 Order N°12 of 23/02/2011)
IS NOT CONVENTIONED with the National Health System.
